[Installation News] Seoul Kyunghee Girls’ Middle School Adopts BLOS (Building Oasis) System
Smart Innovation in Cafeteria Water Purification Infrastructure

Kyunghee Girls’ Middle School, located in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, has adopted GeoGrid’s smart water quality management system, BLOS (Building Oasis) to improve the school’s cafeteria environment and promote hygienic water use.

Previously, the school relied on individually installed water purifiers and filters, which raised ongoing concerns about tap water quality and sanitation. With the new system, however, purified water of drinking-water quality is now directly supplied throughout the kitchen, washing, and drinking areas — without the need for separate purifiers.

BLOS is an integrated water quality management solution that purifies tap water in real time as it flows through the building’s plumbing system while monitoring water quality data.
The installation at Kyunghee Girls’ Middle School was completed within a single day, causing no disruption to the school’s academic schedule.

A school representative stated, “We launched this project to provide a better environment for our students. Despite the short construction period, we’ve already experienced remarkable improvements in water quality.”

BLOS is expected to expand to more schools and public facilities in the future, setting a new standard for next-generation water quality infrastructure.
