SEOUL, South Korea – [AVING News]
GeoGrid (CEO Kim Ki-hyun) announced that it will participate in CES 2025, held from January 7–10, 2025 (local time) in Las Vegas, USA, where it will unveil its new smart water management system “BLOS (Building Oasis)” for the first time.

GeoGrid is a water-tech company pioneering innovation in water quality management through the convergence of environmental and technological solutions.
The company was selected for the TIPS R&D program by Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups, recognizing its technological innovation and vision, and has continued to strengthen the reliability of its purification technology through collaboration with K-Water (Korea Water Resources Corporation).

With its focus on sustainable, eco-friendly water infrastructure, GeoGrid developed BLOS, a smart purification solution that integrates sustainability and cutting-edge technology, and will showcase it at CES 2025 to highlight its global competitiveness.

The newly developed BLOS is designed as an ESG-centered smart purification system that goes beyond traditional building-level water treatment.
Based on PFAS-free technology, BLOS eliminates dependence on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) used in conventional pipe management.
Using advanced ionization technology, it maintains clean pipe conditions while effectively removing contaminants — addressing global concerns over environmental regulations and hazardous substances.

Additionally, BLOS features AI-powered real-time monitoring, enabling continuous water quality analysis and early detection of potential issues such as rust or heavy metal contamination, ensuring immediate response to emergencies.

By reducing reliance on bottled water and standalone purifiers, BLOS also helps lower carbon emissions and operational costs, supporting companies and public institutions in achieving their ESG goals.

GeoGrid plans to expand globally through BLOS, addressing the challenges of aging infrastructure and tightening environmental standards with innovative, sustainable technology.

CEO Kim Ki-hyun stated:

“BLOS represents a new standard in water quality management. Through this innovation, we aim to build partnerships worldwide and share GeoGrid’s vision of sustainable technology.
CES 2025 will serve as a pivotal starting point in introducing our mission to the global stage.”

Head of Business Division and Co-founder Jung Hyung-wook added:

“Infrastructure is one of the slowest sectors to evolve, but BLOS meets the demands of the era — reducing carbon emissions and complying with environmental regulations.
Through CES 2025, we will actively pursue global collaborations and contribute to the realization of ESG-driven management.”

During CES 2025, AVING News, which has covered CES for 20 consecutive years, will operate the AVING Space Studio to support Korean startups’ global exposure and co-host post-event review conferences to strengthen their global brand presence.
